3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Prices exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
  • VAT will be included where applicable.

A quotation does not form a binding contract until payment is received and confirmed.

4. Orders

Orders may be placed:

An order is only confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Someone must be present to accept delivery unless a safe drop-off is agreed.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused due to poor access or unsuitable ground conditions.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Collection

If collecting goods:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is suitable.
  • Goods must be checked before leaving the yard.
  • Once goods leave our premises, responsibility transfers to the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

Non-Faulty Goods

Under UK consumer law, you may have the right to cancel certain online orders within 14 days. However, the following may not be eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Custom-cut timber
  • Special orders
  • Bulk aggregates
  • Reclaimed materials

Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, returned within 14 days, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence may be required.
  • We will arrange replacement or refund where appropriate.

Timber and reclaimed products may:

  • Warp, crack, shrink or swell naturally
  • Vary in appearance
  • Contain knots or surface imperfections

These characteristics are not considered faults.

  • Loss of profits
  • Installation errors
  • Delays outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
